Great news! I hope Africa is able to get peace through Muslim leaders. The Prophet (pbuh) migrated from Mecca to Medinah to end the feuds there and bring peace to the city! Such were the beginning of Islam.

Helping the needy is one of the core values of Muslims and Islam stresses upon helping the destitute and poor. What else could be better than providing health services in a country where affording medical health is incredibly expensive.
Something like this had to be started by Muslim doctors - and that also in a capital environment. It resonates well with the spirit of the Ramadan as well (although the clinic had started much earlier!)
